The location of this hotel is incredible, right in the center of Piazza Castello. It is very close to all the sights and the famous Egyptian Museum. The view from the room is fantastic, perfect for people-watching. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities including a small kitchenette and a Nespresso coffee maker. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful information and recommendations.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the center of Turin, close to all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city's main square. The bathroom was well-equipped and the staff provided excellent service, always polite and helpful. the hotel offered a refillable mini-bar, free coffee capsules, and even the option to do your own washing up.

It would have been nice to have an iron in the room, as it was not available.

Some noise from the surroundings, but it didn't affect the overall experience.

Great location! the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, bars, and cafes. It's also easily accessible from the train stations. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They were available 24/7 and let us in with just a simple phone call. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom all to ourselves. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the mini bar was refilled every day with drinks and snacks. They even provided free coffee capsules and a coffee machine. the service and position of the hotel were excellent.

There were a few issues that could be improved. the elevator required a special key with a sensor for access.
